By installing and using the BidIQ Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please uninstall the extension immediately.

1. Description of Service

BidIQ is a browser extension tool designed to assist freelancers on Upwork by screening client hire metrics and generating draft proposal letters using artificial intelligence. BidIQ is an independent tool and is not affiliated, endorsed, or partnered with Upwork Inc.

2. License & Subscription

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Service. Free-tier users are limited to 3 proposal generations per day. Premium users receive unlimited generations subject to fair use limits. Subscriptions are billed monthly and managed through Lemon Squeezy.

3. Fair Use & Compliance with Upwork's Terms

  • Responsibility: While BidIQ helps you analyze details and draft cover letters locally, you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any text generated by the AI before submitting applications on Upwork.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with Upwork's Terms of Service and API rules at all times.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall BidIQ or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of connects, account suspensions, or profit resulting from the use of this Service.
